After our chat, I’ll send a tailored proposal with your package, contract, and payment details. You’ll be able to sign the contract and pay your retainer to officially reserve your date. I take on a limited number of weddings each year, and all bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Planning & Coordination
About 1-1.5 months before your wedding, I will reach out to set up another meeting where we will chat through your timeline and vision for the video in more depth to make sure everything goes smoothly. I love getting to reconnect and see how planning is going!

On the day, I’ll be there with a calm, intentional approach. I focus on capturing the energy, details, and in-between moments that make the day uniquely yours.
The Wedding Day

After the wedding day, I'll send over your teaser film within 2 weeks of the date. The final film will be ready within 12-16 weeks and you to relive your wedding day forever.
Out for Delivery

I offer a few different add-ons to enhance your experience in the best way possible. Additional coverage, rehearsal/welcome party coverage, speech and ceremony edits, and social media packs can all be added to your package at an additional cost.
What add-ons do you offer?
To officially reserve your date, I require a signed contract and a 25% retainer. My availability is limited, so I recommend inquiring as soon as your date is set to ensure I’m available (average booking time is 10-12 months before your date).
What is required to officially book you?
Yes! Although I specialize in full wedding days and weekends, I capture a couple elopements every year. I love intimate celebrations, whether it is just you and your partner, or with a few family and friends too. Please inquire for information.
Do you film elopements?
My turnaround time for full films is on average 12-16 weeks. Because I greatly value things like storytelling, sound design, and custom coloring, I put a lot of time into making your film capture you, and your wedding day, as perfectly as it can. Teasers are delivered within 1-2 weeks to get a sneak peek.
When will we receive our finished video?
Music is one of my biggest inspirations when editing. During our last meeting, I get a feel for what type of music you like and then I take it from there. I don’t guarantee any specific songs/artists as I try to pick music that matches the energy of your day to enhance it as best as possible.
How do you select music?
Absolutely! While I am based in San Diego, I travel for about 60% of my weddings every year, across the US and internationally. All travel fees are included in my packages for travel weddings. Inquire to receive my full investment guide with with more details.
